The photoelectric autocollimator is small angle measuring instrument, provide effective method on checking reticle-offset of parallel light pipe. Existing instruments are basically collimators which check for visible and near-infrared bands, calibration technology in the infrared band of3.8to4.9μm is rarely involved.Photoelectric conversion system and data processing system are the utility guarantee of the photoelectric autocollimator, only by improving the accuracy and speed of response of the electronically controlled measuring system, can improve the self-collimator detection’s quality. The topic in view of current medium wave infrared collimator tube inspection situation, innovatively combines digital measurement and two-dimensional vibration slit mechanical scanning technology, with optical alignment technology and micro readings segmentation technology.Design a Cassegrain optical system improve precision, shorten the optical path to reduce instrument size; drive and, control the two-dimensional vibration slit, complete metering signal scanning; photo resistor use of lower cost, and a wide range of applications as photoelectric sensor which convert invisible infrared light signal into an electrical signal output; design a digital’ phase-sensitive detection the combined signal acquisition of processing system with DSP digital processor, realize the measured signal real-time outputting. The system provides an effective means on reticule off-axis and defocus amount detection parallel to the mid-infrared fluorescent tubes. In addition, replacing of the corresponding photoelectric detectors, the system can also be used in other visible and infrared light pipes detected, which add a new element to the collimator detection technology.
