In application, the demand of high output power, high efficiency for laser diode is growing, which makes it become the hot shot. In this paper, laser diode multi-beams combining fiber coupling technology has been studied, it can achieve high power, high efficiency of output and improve the spot brightness.According to the principle of incoherent beam combining technology, multi-beams space combination fiber coupling system program is proposed, four laser diodes are edge-on fixed in transition heat sink of step arranged, beam spacing is compressed by two groups of mirrors, and direction of propagation rotation180°, the whole system structure is compacted, to improve brightness of output spot. A set of aspheric focus cylindrical lens is self-designed through zemax software, beam is coupled into fiber, to achieve high power and high efficiency of output, the whole system is simulated by tracepro software.The four laser diodes beam at808nm, via collimating, combining and focusing, coupling into a core diameter of200μm, numerical aperture (NA)0.22fiber. The fiber coupling output power is5.81W at current2A, and system efficiency is80.8%.
