With the development of science and technology, the laser radar system in the military, industrial and civilian areas continually bring forth the new through the old and has been widely used in the field of non-contact measurement, and data processing speed and measurement accuracy of the laser radar system requirements are becoming increasingly higher.This paper studies and addresses how to improve the speed and accuracy of the signal reception and processing in laser radar ranging system. Summary of the basis of the principle of laser radar ranging analysis of the phase of the phase method ranging. According to the theoretical derivation, ranging multi-frequency repeat, is the former ranging results as measured again the fine ulnar and coarse ulnar secondary measurement program.
