Vigorously develop animal husbandry dairy cattle can largely promote China’s economic development. The nutrition is high and it contains twenty kinds of amino acids and minerals, several kinds of vitamin. Thus, breed cows with high milk, whether from economic or from the environment, have a high research value. How to properly and quickly evaluate production of milk has become an urgent problem. As computer technology continues to develop visual inspection, and its application in livestock production has gradually increased. Reconstruction by the stereo vision principle of the present three-dimensional model is the commonly used method, but the mammary gland in dairy cows within the breast, so that we cannot directly assess the binocular stereo vision approach zone model of breast tissue organs. After getting three-dimensional description of cow breast outward features and the depth information of distribution region of cow breast based on the analysis in ultrasound image, building the inner and outer three-dimensional grid of this area, the volume of the entire organization could be estimated. Using the algorithm k-means clustering and region labeling to process and analyze the ultrasound image, the area of breast and fat can be separated in order to compute the proportion of breast. The volume of breast tissue can be computed with relationship that the area density is equal of volume density. It can accomplish volume measurement of living cow breast organization and offer growth parameters data for early selection and determination of feeding solutions.
