Along with the inevitable digital communication technology integration trends,future outcome of the war will inevitably be more dependent on technology innovationand development. Therefore, against timeliness and reliability of air defense alertsystem, defense system put forward higher requirements. air defense warning signalsquickly, timely and accurately releasing has a very important significance fororganizing to take effective preventive measures, reducing casualties and saveing ourwar potential. However, the existing alarm control system is based on narrowbandcommunication technology. Because of the effects of interference on narrowbandcommunication system is very prominent, it cause that degradation of communicationquality, bit error rate, reduces the reliability of the communication. In recent years, therapid development of a wide variety of new technologies for the communicationsindustry into a strong vitality. Spread Spectrum technology to the civil air defense alertcommunication system to form a dedicated, cost-effective means of communicationand equipment, which has important significance for the optimization of the current airdefense warning system.With Cyclone IV FPGA family as the core,Based on the analysis of the development of civil air defense alert status and needs,arounding BPSK transceiver modem, for highly dynamic wireless communicationenvironment,this paper realize the principles and methods of direct sequence spreadspectrum system signal modulation and demodulation conducted in-depth research.Design a system of Electric Air Defense Alarm Controller Based on the SpreadSpectrum Communication Technology. Complet the model of digital spread spectrummodulation in the transmitter and Pseudo-random code acquisition and tracking, localcarrier synchronization and demodulation of the received signal and so on, which uses a sliding correlation capture method; Costas loop against BPSK signal demodulationmethod. Meanwhile, outside the FPGA design a high performance A/D, D/Aconverter circuit and the analog front-end circuit. To add flexibility, the paper alsodesigned a method for controlling air defense alert local keyboard controller. Relaydrive a three-phase motors to achieve different alarm airing. This paper completed thetheoretical analysis and simulation. Simulation results show that the anti-jammingperformance and Confidentiality performance satisfy the requirements of Air defensewarning system.
