| Coded structured light measurement is the important method of modern non-contact optical measurement, restricted by the camera field of view, the surfacesto be measured can complete a single perspective measurement, this is the3dpoint cloud registration, point cloud registration can reflect three-dimensionaltopography on the surface of the object, and it has reached the requirement ofcomprehensiveness. This paper has built coded structured light3d measurementsystem, to explore a kind of method with high accuracy, fast registration, whichcan be applied to industrial components comprehensive measuring characteristicsof registration method.This paper summarizes the current three registration method, precisionmechanical registration method, optical instrument registration method, thelandmark point registration, the applicable scope of the three methods areanalyzed, the accuracy of the measurement environment and registration.Auxiliary three-dimensional target registration method is put forward.This paper put forward and designed a regular hexahedron color targets,combining with the existing coordinate transformation method (recently pointiteration method), to determine the registration accuracy evaluation, experimentalverification of the law on auxiliary three-dimensional targets, confirmed itsrationality.In the process of registration, the key technology of image processing areused: corner detection and color correct recognition. In corner detection, thispaper analyzes the typical method, and using the Harris corner detection method,and using the simulation experiments to verify. In color coupling correction andunbalanced correction methods, using the experimental verification. In terms ofcolor correct identification, design the coupling based on the hardware color correction and unbalance correction based on light intensity, and verify itsfeasibility by the experiments.Build the experiment platform, debug the hardware and software, measurethe object from different perspective, and accomplish the point cloud registration.Qualitative analyzing he experiment result, quantitative analysing of theexperiment data, analyzing the accuracy of the data and the experiment result,and drawing the conclusion. |
