As one of most important forms in multiphase flow, gas-solid two-phase flowwidely exists in modern industrial process and everyday life. Interaction between thegas phase and solid phase exists in the gas-solid flow, its complex fluid flowcharacteristics make more difficult to detect the two-phase flow parameter. Therefore,the detection phase flow parameters is vital to understanding the mechanism of theflow of gas-solid flow and to knowing the related equipment design and operation.In this thesis, the dilute and dense phase gas-solid two-phase flow images areobtain by using high-speed photography method, and the methods of imagespreprocessing are introduced in detail.This thesis uses mathematical formulas to calculate the distribution law of dilutegas solid two phase flow parameter. The date shows that concentration and mixingratio decreases with the increase of vertical height, void ratio changes little overall,mixing ratio changes sensibly in gas-solid two-phase flow. This thesis analyzes thevariation of the solid content of the gas-solid two-phase flow in three directions(thelongitudinal direction, the transverse direction and the direction of cross-sectionalarea), discussed the distribution of solid content in four kinds of classical pattern, andfinds that the volume of solid content can judge the pattern of the dilute gas-solidtwo-phase flow.The bubble parameter distribution of the dense gas-solid two-phase flow can befound by using image processing technology. In this paper, the author analyzes thebubble shape in qualitative and quantitative side, finds the conclusion that the bubbleelongated degree increases with the particle diameter increasing. Through the analysisof the three stages(bubble rising, aggregation and splitting), this thesis finds that themost bubble rise tracks have certain spiral characteristics, and gets the variation lawof bubble area. The motion parameters of the bubble are analyzed, and the results provide a strong condition for the deep study on the behavior of the bubblemechanism and vulcanization process of the fluidized bed.
