With the rapid development of network technology, e-commerce activities due to transport and health, more and more companies want to expand their business scope to the online world. The emergence of Web services technology for communication between businesses and customers to provide a good bridge and link, because of its loosely coupled integration model, more and more by the majority of researchers. With the increasing number of Web services to join, making the different needs of enterprises for the user to provide a Web service composition solutions become possible. Static Web service composition appear to meet the fixed Web service interactions between partners needs, but in the Internet application environments, such cooperation often can not meet the requirements, companies are always looking to find better partners, and customers also want get more economical and better services. Therefore, the dynamic Web services composition as research and development forward. As businesses provide to our customers to meet the functional requirements of Web services is more than one client at this time need based on their demand characteristics distinguish the Web service to be screened, this article will demand characteristics attributed to these quality of service (QoS), this research ideas the emergence of derivatives for dynamic Web service selection algorithm to select strategies and QoS framework model of research and exploration, but also allows customers access to one kind of selecting the best solution for Web service composition becomes possible.The main work of this paper are:1) Web service composition studies related technologies, and from the nature of Web service composition, methods and techniques and other aspects of detail and dynamic Web service composition from the technical level are classified.2) Analyzes based on quality of service (QoS) of the dynamic Web services composition key technologies, and from the dynamic Web service composition QoS model and QoS-based Web service selection strategy focuses on two aspects.3) Depth study of QoS-based Web service selection algorithm, and for algorithms exist, this paper proposes an improved standard particle swarm optimization algorithm, and the existing service portfolio selection strategy to be improved.4) Through dynamic Web service composition QoS model study, we propose a dynamic to improve QoS Framework Web service composition model and computational model, combined with the "Trip Planner" on the QoS model is instantiated research. Finally, the article to be improved dynamic Web service selection algorithm, Web services and Web service composition selected strategy QoS model simulations are carried out, and the experimental results were analyzed correctness.
