With the rapid development of mobile communication technology and the popularization and application of mobile intelligent terminal, the portability of Internet becomes increasingly obvious. Traditional internet searching technology is unable to meet the need of personalized search for the different purpose, position and time. At the same time, the rapid increase for the service and information of the mobile Internet pose the problem of mobile information overloading. It is research topics with wide application value for how to provide personalized searching results suitable for its interest character and purpose according to the current location of the users and satisfy the demand for personalized service in any time, anywhere and potable.Coming from a pioneering project of a mobile Internet, this topic research the theory and application on the basis of the research results of the existing personalized search and combined with the demand for food navigation application of the location for the mobile phone. The main work of this paper including:1, Review the search engine, service based on location and relevant technical principle and work procedure by personalized search, laying the foundation for the interest modeling and algorithm design of the subsequent users.2, Model for the users’behavior according to the characters of food, analyze and discuss for the collection of users’behavior, the assessment of user’s participation, the expression of users’behavior modeling and updated strategy of the model, and then design the user interest modeling based on the above.3, Design the personalized food search algorithm based on location service, one is to optimize the query results by expanding search for personalized keywords, the other is to optimize the order for the search results combining with the current location and the behaviors of users. And then evaluate the user experience combining with the direct and indirect feedback mechanism4, Design and achieve a food navigation software system of mobile phone based on the above user interest modeling and personalized food search algorithm. This system can search and recommend relevant food information combining with the user current location and its preference. The system testing and experimental results shows that the user interest modeling and personalized food algorithm proposed in the paper could get a better recommend results and user experience.
