Design And Implementation Of Motor Transportation Company Integrated Business Management System

With the rapid advance of Internet technology, the network has changed the original business model, and promoted the rapid development of e-commerce.This business model has been a boon to the whole society in that with the informatization the mode of operation was improved, the management level maximized and the operation strategy expanded.With the full use of rail passenger ticket system-12306,the Motor Transportation Company is facing the problem of the promotion of passenger service and luggage and parcel service by means of information technology.In this paper, a Motor Transportation Company in Shanghai was taken as the object of study.After the needs survey and the analysis of the current Motor Transportation operation mode, the existing problems in the system and enterprise IT Construction Status, the study, combined with the online ticket system, aims at designing and developing a integrated information management system that conforms with the business mode.The system, supported by enterprise-class database platform-SQL SERVER2008and based on Windows Server operation system, uses the much-used B/S architecture model and relational database technology and ASP.NET for development and operation in order to realize the entire system platform architecture.With the company’s network re-architecture, the system will be accessed by the units of the group company in Shanghai through WAN or LAN within the company.Following the development of software engineering principles and examining motor company’s technical feasibility, economic viability and environmental feasibility respectively, the study describes the demand in the forms of case diagrams with UML and sets down software requirements specification. According to the needs of enterprises the entire system is divided into several functional modules and outline design. The relational database technology is used to produce ER diagrams, database design. According to the company’s data flow diagram, the system will be encoded using Visual Studio2010software and a friendly system interface style will be developed. Finally in the light of the unique characteristics of B/S system development architecture, the whole system will be tested through black box and white box techniques in the aspects such as functionality, usability, client terminal and performance until the completion of the entire system.
