With the rapid development of economic globalization, the important role ofmodern logistics for economic development has been gradually recognized by thepeople. The fundamental purpose is to improve logistics efficiency, lower transportationcosts and meet customer’s demand. Companies should not only care energy-saving andemission-reduction but also increase economic efficiency. Information is the core ofmodern logistics. With the help of computer technology replacing labor, logisticscompanies can improve the efficiency to supply customers with excellent logisticsservices. Due to the large quantity, there may be leakage order or unreasonable LCLduring manual LCL work; an ordinary container carrier truck in logistics company canbe loaded one40feet container or two20feet containers; in most cases, customers orsmall logistics companies usually have only one20feet container carrier truck, whichmay improve freight or delay the transportation; this system is to solve these repetitiveproblems and combine the manual LCL with computer management, replacing manualoperation; the system makes users not need to install the client, and they can log into thesystem directly through browser to carry out management operations, and the system iseasy to deploy and apply. The successfully developed LCL management system ismainly used to replace manual operation, further improving the standardization andscientification of LCL and saving the company’s human and financial resources; iteffectively enhances the economic benefits of this business and creates a more efficientlogistics operating environment for customers.The design technology work is to design and develop a functional, practical andintelligent LCL management system with advanced technology:1. In the system design and implementation process, we carry out relevant researchand mainly choose B/S architecture and use Microsoft ASP.NET technology to build athree-tier operating platform.2. For each module’s functional requirements and performance requirements, weuse case diagram for each module design with the illustration by data flow diagram andbusiness process diagram.3. In the system design phase, we complete the detailed design of each module inthe system and describe how to design each module and what technology will be applied and systems ER design. Combined with various entities, we complete thedatasheet and field design.4. In the implementation of the system, we define and develop database operation.In the LCL work, combined with Dijkstra algorithm, we use C#programming languageto achieve LCL by the shortest distance between the two cities and apply geneticalgorithm to solve the technological realization of random scheduling of vehicles;combine a flow chart of the program to illustrate various modules.5. In system testing, we define the system hardware and software environment andcarry out functional and performance testing of the system, providing testing indexesand operation chart.
