The Research On Clinical Experience Of Treating Liver Cirrhosis Of Professor Zhou Zhongying Based On Data Mining

Objective:To analysis and conclude the clinical experience and academic idea of Professor Zhou Zhongying from three acpects include of identification, characteristics and pathogenesis of syndrome factor and the erperience on electing recipe; so as to spread and develop it.Methods:To collect the medical record about the liver cirrhos diagnosised by Professor Zhou Zhongying and complete information totally for371cases from April1998to December2008. Firstly, we preprocess the data corrected typos, uniform the title of traditional Chinese medicine and split the characteristics and pathogenesis of syndrome factor.Then to excavation from three acpects include of identification, characteristics and pathogenesis of syndrome factor and the erperience on electing recipe in the method of frequency and the factor analysis; to induct and refine the basic ideas and methods of treating liver cirrhosis of Zhou Zhongying.Results:1、From the frequency statistics of symptoms:we find that there are183signs and symptoms in the medical records totally.Frequency which is greater than20%is in the order: yellow urine、normal stool、abdominal distension、dry mouth、pain、Normal diet、Loose stool fatigue; Frequency which is greater than10%is in the order:dark complexion、lower extremity edema、less Eating、Teeth bleeding、skin itching; Frequency which is greater than10%of tongue coating is in the order:thin yellow greasy moss、yellow greasy moss、thin yellow moss; Frequency which is greater than10%of the pulses is in order:fine vein、smooth veins、string vein and small veins; Frequency which is less than5%is yellow complexion, only appeare in18to19times.2、The distribution of Pathogenesis syndrome elements:The frequency which is more than20%is in the order:dampness、heat、blood stasis、depressive、poison, Followed by water stop and Yin deficiency which is greater than10%; The frequency of liver and spleen are more than60%and the Kidney is13.2%.3、Commonly used herbs:(1) there are269drugs in the medical record in all; The frequency of the order of more than30%are capillaris, Poria, Radix, vinegar Bupleurum, Salvia, Geranium, Sunburn turtle, wide turmeric, Sunburn Gallus gallus, sarmentosum, Magnolia, Polyporus which frequency more than30%; The frequency of the order of more than20%are Eclipta, Atractylodes coke, dandelion, Alisma, fried herb, blue, mulberry real son, heterophylla, abrus, habitat, Astragalus, Danpi, Sunburn Cyperus, wolfberry, cogongrass rhizome, cooked rhubarb:The frequency of the order of more than30%are Zeeland, fried skullcap, littoralis, Montenegro gardenia, Lu Codonopsis, Sophora, Amomum, Radix, Polygonum orientale, Atractylodes, cork, wood sorrel;(2) By using the method of factor analysis of269kinds of commonly used drugs; we extracte11common factors. Ror example, Factor1is consists of Polyporus, Alisma, Poria, Zeeland, Polygonum oriental, Atactlylodes, Arecae; Factor2is consists of Breit, Dandelion, ugosa, Cyperus rotundus, fried skullcap, Magnoli, Geranium, sarmentosum.Conclusions:Professor Zhou advocate that the "dampness-heat-blood stasis-toxin compound"pathogenesis is the main pathogenesis of liver cirrhosis and liver fibrosis. Clearing dampness、heat、blood stasis and toxin is the core method in clinic.(1) Professor Zhou emphasizes that the "dampness-heat-blood stasis-toxin compound"pathogenesis is the main characteristics and pathogenesis of syndrome factor.The disease located mainly in the liver、 spleen and kidney; involving the stomach and gall bladder.(2)The basic recipes which are used by Professor Zhou Zhongying commonly consists of Yinchenhaotang、Chaihushugansan、 Yinchenwuling Powder、Shenlingbaizhusan、Xijiaodihuang Soup、Shipiyin、Biejiajian Pill、 Taohechengqi soup、Yiguanjian、ErmiaoPowder、Erzhiwan、Buzhongyiqi soup、Zuojin pill so on.(3) The efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine used are focuslly on clearing damp and heat, Eliminating Poison and Stasis, Dredging and Recuperateing qi, Nourishing Yin and Righting.①The most commonly used drugs for guiding is Vinegar Bupleurum;②The most commonly used drugs for removing heat are Capillaris, Geranium, wide turmeric, sarmentosum, cogongrass rhizome, cooked rhubarb, dandelion, abrus, fried skullcap, Montenegro gardenia, cork, wood sorrel, Sophora;,③The most commonly used drugs for clearing wet are Poria, Polyporus, Alisma;④The most commonly used drugs for eliminating Stasis are Red peony, salvia, Rehmanniae, Danpi, Zeeland, Polygonum orientale;⑤The most commonly used drugs for Recuperateing qi are Vinegar Bupleurum, Magnolia, fried herb, blue, heterophylla, raw Astragalus, Sunburn Cyperus, Lu Codonopsis, Amomum, Atractylodes;⑥The most commonly used drugs for Nourishing Yin are Eclipta, mulberry real son, medlar, North Radix, Radix.
