With the development of electronic commerce, more and more personal information need to be used in the electronic commerce system, therefore at the aspects of technique and the law, the privacy of the personal information must be guaranteed. The customers nowadays pay more attention to the security of their privacy of personal information, and that has become an obstacle to the development of electronic commerce. The protection of privacy brings the challenge and requirement to the development of electronic commerce. The security, confidentiality, and protection of privacy are an important factor to the electronic commerce. Everyone has the right to decide what kind of information can be retrieved by whom, furthermore, how the information can be used.In this paper, we describe framework of privacy policy management in a company. it is based on the inner and external factors, and the process of making privacy policy in a company is decided by those factors. Then we validate the privacy policy and deploy those policies to the systems in a company. At the same time, all the employees, the business processing and software application must be agreed on the privacy policies.Secondly, we design a privacy architecture, and validate them. There are two components in the architecture, including the creating components of privacy policy and the validating components of privacy policy. To test weather a system is agreed with privacy policy, we propose an increasing model of testing method. To test the feasibility of our framework, we present the concept validation and use it to guide the cooperation of software application and the software provider. At last we use the retail electronic commerce as the examples to prove our works.Totally, we study the detection method of privacy infractions in the E-Commerce software applications. The research has significant meaning both in practical and theoretical.
