Micro actuator is composed of piezoelectric ceramic, memory alloy intelligent materialwhich has the advantages of high precision and good stability. They are widely used in thefield of microelectronics manufacturing, aerospace etc. A control system is established basedon Preisach inverse model feed-forward compensation. It used the Preisach functionrepresentation methods and combined with the strategy of adaptive sliding mode control. Themain works are as follows:(1) Based on summarize the method of existing characterization of hysteresischaracteristics, the paper selects the most widely used Preisach model characterization ofhysteresis and discuss the existence of Preisach inverse model. The Preisach mathematicalmodel and its inverse model of digital are built.(2) According to the characteristics and control requirements with hysteresischaracteristic of the system, the control system of inverse hysteresis model which based onfeed-forward compensation is designed. The Preisach model used to characterize thehysteresis and the inverse Preisach model provides feed-forward compensation.(3) To realizing the position tracking, the control system is designed by the inversehysteresis model that based on feed-forward compensation, and combined with the adaptivesliding mode control algorithm. Through the experiment, the inverse model feed-forwardcompensation control system can better realize the tracking control, and also the trackingerror decreases by4%. It proves more effectively weaken the hysteresis characteristic of thesystem.(4) For the SISO nonlinear system with hysteresis characteristics, the control system isdesigned based on inverse model, which combined with the adaptive backstepping slidingmode algorithm. Through the experiment, the control system is effectively weaked theinfluence of hysteresis characteristic of the system, and improves the control accuracy.
