| In recent years, for sustainable development and economic mode transition, thegovernment referred environmental protection, energy saving and emission reductionlow-carbon economy to the national development of height. The public put moreattention to environmental protection such as never previously existed. The demandsfor the environmental information have homeopathic growth at the same. In order tosatisfy the public’s right to know, and enhance public’s awareness of the environment,media has made certain innovation on Environmental News Report. Metropolitannewspaper make a significant impact on the public environmental awareness as anewspaper form close to public normal life.This study selected "Yanzhao Metropolis Daily " as the goal of media, andmade a detailed analysis to the specific text haze weather reports, through thequantitative and qualitative methods. The aim is not only make a content which inmicroscopic analysis and historical grasp, but also draw relevant conclusions on thebasis of the environmental report that will have a good development future. In thenews practice, mainly discusses how to do the haze weather reports better. Such ashow to spreads knowledge，in the case of do not make too much negativeinformation, and eliminate the tension to public. On the aspect of journalismsupervision of the public opinion, the study discusses how to report the supervisionof haze deeper, relevant the government agencies and polluting enterprises, makepersistent reports, but not just report when something happens or report phenomenonwhich is superficial. In the body structure, we use the agenda-setting theory to make a data analysisin the period of time to these news reports which is related to haze. These dataconcluded the quantity of reports, which types or forms did these reports used, theplaces did the reports related to and which kind of topic for discussion did thesereports pointed to. And then use the frame theory to analyze the subjects ofgovernment, polluted factories, people’s normal life and other theme. Analyze howthe report presented the view, sources, direct speech, risk signal and the supervisionof public opinion.
