Along with the development of computer technology and network technology,theworld has entered into the information era. The development of information serviceplatform can provide more opportunities and broader development space for enterprises.Inorder to improve the embarcadero transportation efficiency, and to carry out publicity andimplementation of water traffic safety principles, policies, regulations and technicalspecifications, standards, and to access all kinds of information fastly, conveniently andtimely, and to realize the purpose of unified management of maritime information resources,the construction of a maritime information service platform is becoming more and moreimportant. Through a thorough study of the current development situation of the maritimeinformation service platform, this paper puts forward a maritime information serviceplatform based on SSi2.This paper based on a thorough investigation and analysis of the actual demands ofmaritime information service platform, use MyEclipse8.5as a development tool, JAVA asthe develop language, and use the current popular lightweight open source frameworks likeStruts2, Spring, iBATIS, use SQL Server2005as a background database system, andfurther analysis and realized of maritime information service platform based on SSi2.The main work is as follows:(1)Thoroughly discuss the platform’s key technology SSi2, study the technicaladvantages of multi-layer distributed application model, and do a deep research andanalysis on the open source frameworks Struts2, Spring and iBATIS.(2)Put forward the design principle and confirm the function characteristics of theplatform, comparative study the past information service platform development mode,make sure to use B/S structure as the platform development mode.Divide platform functionstructure based on the analysis of platform requirements and platform business process, anduse UML language to design platform model,design the whole platform structure and dodetail introduction of each layer, design the system background database, build the systemdevelopment framework.(3)Introduce the platform development tools and operating environment, andimplement each layer of the platform designed under platform development framework.(4)Combining with the demand of platform’s full-text search application, study the word segmentation algorithm and sorting algorithms of Lucene, and analyze the currentproblems and improve these problems, use full-text search with the improved segmentationalgorithm and sorting algorithm on the data of platform, and Summarizes the applicationvalue in the system.(5)Comprehensive summarize the work of this paper, propose the areas where in needof improvement in platform,and propose further improvement suggestions and prospectsfor future work and study.The maritime information services platform researched and implemented in this paperhas the following characteristics: first, the system use JAVA language and SSi2frameworktechnology to develop and enables the system with cross-platform-ability and highreliability etc; Second, the using of multi-layer distributed model, reduce the degree ofcoupling, and improve the system scalability and maintainability, and also improve divisionof labor cooperation; Third, the improved segmentation algorithm and sort algorithm in theapplication of the platform can help the platform users obtain useful information moreconvenient, improve the users experience of the platform, help maritime informationservices platform to raise the level of service.
