Robust control theory combining with parameter uncertainties and uncertainty ofexternal disturbance, researches the robust performance of system. It makes up for the lackof modern control theory needing to mathematical models, and makes the method ofsystem analysis and synthesis more effective and practical. In recent years, the robustH filter is caused more and more attention. In actual industry, people often design theH filters with time-delay and parameter uncertainties. Therefore,H filtering problemshave important significance and value.This thesis deals with the problems ofH filter and stability for T-S fuzzytime-delay systems. The system’s models and design methods are more generalized thanothers existing literatures. The main content as follows:First of all, The robust filtering theory, the recent development and the researchmethod for the robust filtering are also introduced, the generation and applicationbackground of fuzzy control are considered.Secondly, the problems of the robustH filtering and stability for T-S fuzzytime-delay systems are separately investigated. Based on the Lyapunov theory, withconstructing a Lyapunov function, the conditions of exponential stability are given, andthe existing conditions and design method of robustH filtering problem is solved.Thirdly, As for a class of uncertain T-S fuzzy descriptor systems with time-delay, theproblem of exponentialH filter is considered. Firstly, an improved delay-dependentcondition is presented to ensure the considered system to be regular, impulse free,exponentially stable, then, the existing conditions and design method of robustH filtering problem is solved.At last, focuses on the T-S fuzzy time-varying systems with parameter uncertainties,utilizing the methods of Lyapunov function and the linear matrix inequality(LMI), thedesign method of memoryless state feedback controller is given, and the problem ofstability based on state feedback controller is discussed. A numerical example is given toshow the validity of the proposed approach.
