With the rapid development of cloud computing, deploying applications with cloud platform has received increasing attention from researchers worldwide. User identity authentication management involves a great number of users and cloud resources, which is a crucial task to control resource access and consumption of users. Meanwhile, accounting is indispensable for cloud platform. It is a necessary task to develop these two jobs for a practical cloud platform. Currently in the domestic and overseas, the user identity authentication management and account are not perfect yet so that it can’t satisfy the need of cloud platform.This paper ensures the safety of platform with inviting word mechanism and encryption technology. Referring to the popular RBAC strategy, an adaptive access control strategy is put forward. The appropriate type of tenements is set for services on the platform, corresponding to the different types of tenements with different permissions interface and resource usage quotas. In accordance with the database mapping model, the platform services, interfaces and resources can be adaptively increased, deleted, and modified so that it can meet the needs of different environments. According to the service features, a adaptive account strategy of cloud platform is come up with. Through processing filter functions and various kinds of views, different forms of resource reports and charts are shown based on account records. Account and identity authentication management can control the users and resources of the platform together.At last using different kinds of nodes of different schools as test environment, account function of different services has been realized, report system has been integrated into cloud platform and different nodes’users and various resource limits also has been controlled. The experimental results demonstrate that account mechanism can be efficient to control and guide users to use platform resources efficiently while the report system has good experiencing for users, and user identity authentication management can ensure access control of cloud platform.
