In today’s society, the information technology scope rapid propagation in the global.Through the network information technology and information has changed the traditionalmanagement mode of government. The application of modern information technology hasgreatly improved the relationship between the government and the public. Brings newopportunities for the government information access and improve the efficiency ofmanagement. The importance of information that it needs to face the challenge of otheraspects to emerge in an endless stream, therefore, how to ensure the security ofinformation systems is increasingly on the agenda.Firstly, this thesis analyzes the basic information situation of L government.Throughthe analysis of the network environment, information system, safety measures andregulations, management system, reveals the security threats faced by L government.Thisis thesis presents relevant content of the information security system, analysing the statusof case L by one of the risk assessment. On the one hand, it analyses the L-zoneinformationization in terms of the quality of asset protection and control. On the otherhand, it unveils the unnoticed risks in the L information system, according to informationsecurity risk assessment processes, methods theory, as well as the threat, vulnerability,potential impact from the threat and the likelihood factors. Use the threat risk coefficientmatrix to calculate the level of risk, risk assessment report concluded that the informationsystem of L areaUltimately, it works out the solution of the L-zone informationazaiton dealing withconstruction systems, personneland technical issues. In consequence it makes theconclusion that adaptive L-zoneinformationizaiton management project, which is able toensure the L-zone government information systems stable, safe and efficient; provide asolid service guarantee simultaneously in public services for the government’s foreignsustained and healthy development.
