With the extensive application of the Internet, more and more critical business carriedout depends on the Internet. Although in recent years the development of technology makesthe Internet bandwidth constantly expanding, the network quality of service of some keybusiness still cannot get effective guarantee. The reason is lack of effective identification ofnetwork traffic and control in the Internet. Some non-critical services, such as P2P networks,consume large amounts of network bandwidth, impacts transmission quality of criticalbusiness, which seriously interfere with the normal operation of the network. Therefore, theresearch on network traffic identification and control technology, which is used to manage thelimited network bandwidth, is very important for the protection of computer network qualityof service.The paper introduced the analysis of the specific features of the Internet behaviormanagement system, traffic identification and traffic control principle, the design of Internetbehavior management system traffic control based on Linux is proposed. The trafficidentification from network layer to the application layer is achieved through theconfiguration and control of Netfilter of the Linux kernel and L7-filter tool. In addition, on thebasis of Linux kernel network quality of service framework and its user interface tool tc andthe method of traffic control management, combined with hierarchical token bucket queuerules HTB and fw and u32filter criteria, a set of traffic control and management strategies isput forward.The system can manage and control the behavior of employees of the enterprise, filterbad sites, to ensure the safety of the network platform and control network applications. Italso achieves the overall planning and precise control of network traffic; reduces the accessrisk of enterprise network and external network effectively improves work efficiency.
