Now, the machine vehicle(Wheeled robot) is comparable cutting-edge high-teach,involved the electronic technology, artificial intelligence, automatic control, sensortechnology, computer technology and other disciplines,also forward more advancedand more smarter direction developing. The solar cell is the normal operation of thepart of the solar machine vehicle, providing a steady stream of clean energy for it.This article will focus on the study based on GPS navigate solar machine vehicle’sautonomous intelligent cruise control system, the motor control system, DGPS/imagematching integrated navigation system, solar power supply system.The paper introduced the hardware design and software design of solar machinevehicle. The hardware platform makes STMicroelectronics STM32F103RBT6chip asthe core processor, Modular design of the hardware and software. The part ofhardware includes autonomous intelligent cruise module, GPS navigation module,motor control modules, LCD modules, and power modules. The part of softwareincludes drivers for each hardware module. And in the simulation of the DGPS/Image matching integrated navigation system and the solar maximum power pointtracking algorithm.In the combination of DGPS/Image matching navigation system, analyzed theposition of the differential algorithm, the carrier phase algorithm, combinednavigation principles, Improved SIFT algorithm, to improve its real-time. Inintegrated navigation system using Kaman filter, to assess the parameters ofnavigation error state, and error correction system with error status assessed value,improve navigation accuracy.Energy management is one of the key technologies of the solar machine vehicle;only the most optimal management of energy distribution, can play the efficacy ofsolar energy. Therefore, the study of maximum power point of the solar trackingalgorithm is very important. Anglicizing the mathematical model of the solar cell,studied the solar maximum power point tracking algorithm. Using P&O, P&Oalgorithm is simple and easy to implement, is widely used on the solar maximumpower point tracking. In this part, respectively, simulating the solar cell module、themaximum power point tracking module、 PWM module, and buck converter module.Final combination of these modules integrated into the simulation model of the solarmaximum power point tracking, P&O can accurately track the maximum power point of the solar battery conclusions drawn from the simulation results.
