| The surgery shadowless lamp belongs to one of the most important Medical equipments in operating room, the adjustment extent in lighting location of which directly affect the quality of surgery. Themanual method is carried out in adjusting the traditional shadowless lamp, which consist of a lot of limitations. With Medical devices towards digital and intelligence direction, the automatic digital technology has become a hot spot. In this paper, the spatial location of shadow is detected based the technology of stereo vision. The ARM embedded system is applied to control LED arrays, thus the adaptiveadjustable light is realized.Finally, the purpose of real-time adjustment of the location and light intensity is achieved.Firstly,the paper analysis and compares the exiting control methods in adjusting light intensityof LED surgery lamp, and the ARM+DSP embedded adaptive dimming system based on stereo visionrecognition technology is proposed. The main processor is ARM+DSP, Linux is operating as Kernelin embedded system. Based on the system collecting image and sending signal is realized by doublecamera. Then with the multiple LED dimming circuit the light brightness adjustment of each lamp inLED array is achieved. Combined with image enhancement method and image restoration method, wedesign image preprocessing scheme. Histogram equalization method is adopted to enhance the grainweakened by exposure. Wiener filtering is used to damp the noise existing in operative region, and abetter pretreatment effect turn out. A new detection method of moving occlude is proposed based onimproved Gaussian mixture model. Combined with color space theory and depth constraint method,the moving target is extracted fast and accurate. A fast edge-based matching algorithm is proposed tosolve the defect that make balance of the speed and accuracy traditional stereo matching algorithm. Itmake stereo match on reduced space of the moving target’s edge part first, then remove themismatching points by use the method of depth constraint, By smooth method used for correctingparallax information, the deviation emerged by false matching is eliminated, with reconstructioneffect being fast and accuracy.The experimental result confirms that the method proposed by this paper has the advantages offast dynamic response and high accuracy, and fully meet the requirement of subsequent dimming. |
