With the rapid development of science and technology, Spacecraft products aredeveloped with "high-precision, high reliability, long life". In order to make thespacecraft successfully complete various tasks, reduce the probability of failure of thespacecraft, Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft is proposed. It is acomprehensive engineering technology for managing the entire life cycle of theirhealth status. Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft can get timely andaccurate status information of each component. The reliability and safety of thespacecraft can also be improved.The implementation of Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft isbased on the ability of fault diagnosis. First of all, the composition framework ofIntegrated Health Management System of Spacecraft is studied. Then, theimplementation approach of Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft isbased on fault diagnosis technology. In this thesis adaptive sliding mode observer isused for the spacecraft attitude control system actuators fault. Main research contentsare as follows:First, the working principle and fundamental implementation approach of healthmanagement is elaborated. And the fault diagnosis technology and its applicationsituation are also studied. The reliability of spacecraft is deep studied, so is thereliability parameters of spacecraft in orbit, reliability prediction methods andallocation method. A deep analysis of all possible failures during the spacecraftundertook flight work is conducted, which is the foundation of subsequent compositionframework of Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft.Second, in order to implement the health management, with satellites for example,the spacecraft attitude dynamics mathematical model is established. The keytechnologies of Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraft are studied. Withthe fault diagnosis for example, the adaptive sliding mode observer diagnostic methodsfor spacecraft control system actuators fault is proposed and the simulation resultseffectively elaborated the algorithm.Last, the overall composition framework of Integrated Health ManagementSystem of Spacecraft is designed after the implementation programs of healthmanagement for subsystems are proposed. And the function of every part is allocated. The implementation approach of Integrated Health Management System of Spacecraftis studied through three levels.
