Design Of Production Line Automatic Batching System Based On PLC

With the rapid development of technology, automatic batching, sorting device plays amore and more important role in production assembly line.According to the overall designscheme of automatic batching system of multiple sensors, analyses the work principle,hardware structure, soft ware design and PLC, inverter and other equipment.The system is modular, standardized components, flexible system configuration,programming is simple, easy maintenance, repair system. In order to meet the demand offlexible production line automatic sorting, only need to slightly modify the system programcan realize small business requirements of the production. In this paper, the mechanical hand,PLC, sensor, transducer technologies on the basis of the understanding, the design ofelectrical control, pneumatic system, the development of distributed control and PLC ladderdiagram and the terminal equipment. By using PLC as the control part, part of theimplementation of oil free air compressor as the power source, pneumatic part is the twoposition five way single/double control electromagnetic valve and a flow control valve, torealize the control of the whole system, to achieve the purpose of automatically, and completethe automatic distribution of workpiece.
