With the development of cloud computing technology, it has become widespread increasingly that the cloud computing technology is being used in various fields. Distinctive cloud computing platforms have sprung. Construction application platform on the cloud platform makes application resources can be applied efficiently and shared. While the deployment of infrastructure resources of cloud platform have been implemented well, however, due to the application resources of the typical application platform based on cloud platform have to accept a large number of users access simultaneously, This make a new requirements to the stability of application platform and the response efficiency of user’s access.The building of the application platform of urban air pollution and health hazard assessment and disease aided diagnosis based on the cloud platform needs to deploy application resources legitimately, the different characteristics of the application of resources of application platform need to be take into consideration. In the process of deploying application resources analysis the application resources, deploy application resources legitimately combined with the different characteristics of types of application resources. Using configuration management and deployment strategies achieved the necessary environment configuration for application deployment, and deploy the application resources, thereby improving the efficiency of the deployment of application data and the response rate of application in the process of user accessing to data. In the process of deploying application resources required to obtain virtual resource from infrastructure resources layer. Using a feedback scheduling policy as an application resource deployment strategy for virtual resource acquisition. Analysis the architecture of this strategy, comprehensive consideration of users’needs and the status of the supply of resources. Through monitoring the situation of resource consumption of the virtual machine was originally created, monitoring information will be distributed to users’needs control and resource supply control, control demand and supply in the end side of user’s needs and resources of the supply, achieve a state of balance between supply and demand, thereby increasing the stability of the application platform.The experimental results demonstrate that cloud-based platform application resource deployment mechanism that can effectively achieve the building needs of the application platform of urban air pollution and health hazard assessment and disease aided diagnosis. The features of the application platform have been implemented. At the same time, the application of an application resource deployment strategy for getting virtual resources. The application of configuration management and classification deployment strategies for application resource improved the response efficiency of user access to the service.
