As an important detecting device in dredge industry, yield meter offer guide to these dredge boat worked in river, lake and sea to clear the channel, most of the yield meter nowaday use Single Chip Microcomputer as its controller, use crossbar lcd to display information, and use small capacity E2PROM to store data. Because of these factors, its measurement accuracy, man-machine interaction, and information storage are limited, based on this, the paper come up with a new yield meter terminal proposal, with friendly man-machine interaction, data management and network communication ability etc. it realize the intelligentize, informationize and networked of a yield meter.Based on ARM platform and embedded operation system named UCOS-Ⅱ. The yield meter realize the function of LCD display, keyboard operation, touch panel operation, GPRS Communication, UART communication and SD card data management. From the aspect of product realization, this paper bring a detailed software and hardware proposal to realize the functions mentioned above, the research focus on the following problem:design a dynamic chain table to realize the real-time curve display; the correction of Resistance screen; the noise elimination of density signal, the paper also bring a detailed LCD, Key, Touch panel proposal to realize friendly man-machine interaction, and a SD card data management proposal, which realize the function of reading history datas in SD card, the paper also do research on the problem of multidevice communication and GPRS communication. and finally finish the development of a new yield meter and its test.
