The Study And Development Of Mobile Police System Based On The Public Network Of Third-Generation Communication

The Mobile Police System is the most important part of china’s public securityinformation and the "Golden Shield Project". In order to deepen development and take fulladvantage of the public security information resources and services in strong mobility, highsudden and urgent task’s frontline work of public security, this paper is based on Xi’an Beilinproject to study and develop a set of standards of the Mobile Police System software on thepublic network of the3rd-generation communication. It can also provide convenient, fast andreal-time information query and processing for police on duty, as well as improve policeefficiency and combat capability, resulting in china’s public security information played apositive role. This paper of the main research achievements are as follows:(1) This paper introduces a design of the Mobile Police System framework based onmulti-layer C/S structure system, which is on the basis of a in-depth analysis of the currentstatus of police work.The system regards the intelligent terminal equipment as a front-endequipment, and use the public network of third-generation communication as the platform ofinformation transmission and the existing business databases as background to support thepublic security organs, mobile police officers remote access to public security informationresources, to provide data query and acquisition functions.(2) The summary and detailed design of the Mobile Police System, including systemframework design, the software modules functional design, the system design of data storage,and mobile police service system software development and realize the function of the systemlogin, the main interface display, query application, field processing and managementapplication, etc.(3) To deal with the security issues of information and network about the Mobile PoliceSystem, a hybrid encryption algorithmis is proposed based on RSA and AES and is appliedthe distributed intrusion detection technology of multi-active agent to the Mobile PoliceSystem by analyzing and comparing the current data encryption and network securityintrusion detection algorithm. It improves the security of the system.
