Reaching on attitude determination plays an important role in the fields such as theaerospace the national defense medical and exploration. The photogrammetry technology is akind of3D measurement technology with high precision. Attitude measurement technologybased on photogrammetry is a research hotspot at present. This paper designed an attitudemeasurement system based on photogrammetry and image tracking technology to completethe measurement attitude information of moving target indoor.This paper carried on systemic research on part of key technologies of the attitudemeasurement system. Through the study various image processing algorithm, this paperdesigns a algorithm of automatic target recognition and center coordinate location sub-pixelsuitable for this system. The algorithm has high fast calculating speed and high accuracy.Researching on parameters calibration technology, this paper puts forward a parametercalibration method suitable for this system. This method is easy to operate and with highcalibration precision.From the perspective of practical application, the camera is fixed on two-dimensionalturntable innovate, measure the specific spatial coordinates using the principle of trianglerendezvous, and calculate the attitude information. The system is for the real-timemeasurement of moving target at last. And through experimental verification, this systemachieves the desired accuracy.
