Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Digital Archives System

With the continuous development of enterprise management, enterprises haveaccumulated more and more files. The importance of archives management toenterprise development is becoming more and more attention by the enterpriseleadership. But in the traditional file management, file management needs to bemanually binding, filing, and deal with the query library work. This not only easy tocause an error occurs during the process of file management, also makes archivesmanagement work efficiency is low. Information technology has been greatlypopular today, we can use information technology to manage files.This paper puts forward to the enterprise to set up a set of digital archivessystem. To digital archives management mode is proposed, which can effectivelysolve the traditional file management of large number of files and a lot of file type,filing work hard, inefficient query, and so on..First, this paper analyzes the background and significance of digital archivesenterprise. And analyzed the construction of digital archives at home andabroad.This article, based on the construction of digital archives system of anenterprise as the background, puts forward a set of system solutions.It adopted theTRS (Text Retrieval System) for full-text search engine technology to realize digitalarchive efficient full-text retrieval. Paper introduces the technology of Spring,Hibernate technology and TRS full-text search engine technology. Secondly, thispaper adopts object-oriented design thought, has carried on the analysis andmodeling to user requirements. Thirdly, this paper analysis and design the overallarchitecture, logical architecture and technical architecture of the system.In thedetailed design section, class are defined in the paper on the system and design ofkey process has carried on the detailed description to the system.The paper has designed the database tables. Fourth, the paper describes the deployment andimplementation of digital archives system, build a set of digital archives systembased on Web, implements the management and knowledge portal two modules.Thesis finally summarizes the work in the construction of digital archives, and thenext version of the system upgrade and some ideas are extended.
