With the development of wireless communication technology, wireless communication technology is applied in more and more fields. And for the application of the wireless communication technology, wireless communication technology of the aircraft is the technical difficulties of the current wireless communication technology. Now people hope to get the online communication services in flight, but the the fees and the renovation of the plane cost is too high for the wireless network system abroad. This is not conducive to the popularity of this service to get better promotion. The topic of this article is the study of aircraft cabin wireless covering technology, developed a new method to build airplane cabin wireless overlay network. For this purpose, this article referenced the method and thinking of indoor wireless coverage system, introduced the key technology:the distributed antenna technology and the leaked cable technology, conducted reasonable layout and analysis.In the process of the research about aircraft cabin wireless coverage system, accurate analysis about Electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics and Radio coverage of aircraft cabin is very important. The research of Electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics at home and aboard is generally through the ray tracing method. This paper discusses concisely the principle of ray tracing method, study the propagation characteristics through electromagnetic wave propagation prediction tool base on the method. The article uses a simulation software called Wireless Insite that Provided by the Remcom company, it also introduces detailedly functions and features of the software. At last the article do the simulation design on the software platform.In Wireless Insite software platform, this paper constructs a physical model of aircraft cabin,and add the human body model in this physical model. The paper choses the propagation model based on the full3D ray tracing method,and then it does the simulation for different Wireless coverage technology, eventually contrast of electromagnetic wave propagation characteristics and coverage effect under different technical to validate the new method is feasible and excellent.However this new method is that using the leakage cable technique to construct the aircraft cabin wireless coverage system. In the simulation of leakage cable design process, three kinds of different radio frequencies are flexiblely used in the process.The paper analysises the radio waves propagation characteristics under these different frequencies, compares simulation results with the receiving sensitivity of three frequencies, to prove the ultra bandwidth characteristics. This characteristics can meet the2g/3g/4g bandwidth application services.The paper builds a laboratory environment that it likes real aircraft cabin environment. In the laboratory environment, the paper uses the leaky cable for wireless coverage of the aircraft cabin, tests leaky cable physical properties and magnetic properties, the test results compared with the simulation results, leakage cable take good performance. At last, the paper does the experimen about received power in the real aircraft cabin environment.Experiment results is that wireless coverage is uniform, and the received power is strong and effective.
