With thecontinuous development of the physicochemical theory of measurement methods,computer and electronic science and technology, near infrared spectroscopy and nearinfrared spectroscopy instruments become a hot research between domestic and foreignscholar.The paper seems Gan Zhou navel orange as research object, the author analyzessugar content and acidity of navel orange stored for some time adopting near-infraredanalysis of the technical, physicochemical measurements. LS-1type halogen lightsource, TCD1304APdetector, portable near infrared spectroscopy instrument and theoverture software of ocean company are used to collect spectral date of the navel orangein the wavelength between400nm and1400nm, the spectral dates which are measuredat three uniform division point in equatorial parts are compared and analyzed thedifference, the dates are collected at three different measuring distance that are zeromillimeter, three millimeter and six millimeter; The basic principles of the secondgeneration wavelet and partial least squares are elaborated, and the partial least squares(PLS) quantitative analysis model of navel orange sugar content and acidity which aremeasured by single point measurement and multi-point measurement, the articleanalyzes the accuracy of the partial least squares (PLS) prediction model established bythe two measurement.The research use second generation wavelet algorithm topreprocess spectral data of navel orange, then analyzes the changes caused by secondgeneration wavelet algorithm to preprocess spectral data of properties of partial leastsquares (PLS) prediction model. Traditional small spectroscopic instrument is improved in the design, the authoradds high input impedance amplifier and negative feedback capacitor in the front weakvoltage signal acquisition amplifying circuit, and improves the accuracy of the feedbackresistor, then the accuracy of spectral data measured of prediction model is enhanced inthe experiment. |
