Along with our country modernization gradually promote the continuous development of scienceand technology, in the aircraft, high iron equipment manufacturing, electric energy equipmentmanufacturing, more than ton ship manufacturing, steel manufacturing complete sets of equipmentand other major equipment manufacturing, advanced large size measurement method is theprerequisite that technological progress of large size parts form a size measurement precision andautomation degree put forward higher request. For large size object measurement, including a fewmeters to hundreds of meters to the size of the object space coordinate location, size, shape, andmotion trajectory of measurement. In some special environment and special object to be tested, thegeneral methods of measurement are often unable to realize large size measurement.The measure system is based on the existing large size measure method. According to the actualsituation of locomotive, this scheme develops a data matching scan type three-dimensional measuresystem by using various sensors. When the gantry is linearly moving, by using laser distance sensors,two dimension gradienters and strain force fiber sensors, the system gets the three dimensionparameters of each cross section with corresponding data acquisition technology, makes out an errorcompensation scheme and corresponding mathematical model, establishes the mathematical model,matches all cross sections to be a complete three-dimensional-entity and finally calculates thenecessary profile geometry parameters, that realizes the measurement with high precision andintelligent.This article first introduces the overall structure of the measuring system and the measuringmechanism of hardware and software composition; The analysis on how to establish the method ofsensor measuring system coordinate system; According to the space geometry principle establishedbody measuring parameters of the mathematical model and mathematical model of the measurementerror compensation; The software system on the periphery of the function of the equipment, accordingto user demand for measuring module, error compensation module, servo system module design, thesoftware flow of software process of the measuring parts detailed discussion. Finally gives all kinds ofsensor calibration method and the whole measurement system calibration method.
