| Saturation problems widely exist in practical control system, the saturationproblems widely existed and greatly influence the performance of the system makesthe study of anti-windup no matter in theory or in practical application has importantsignificance.Internal model control is widely used in process control system due tothe balance between system performance and robustness. Due to the internal model issensitive to the saturation of control data in practical application, which often leadingto saturation phenomenon. Saturated nonlinear doesn’t change the stability of theinternal model system, but it will make the internal model system lose servoperformance. Some improvement based on traditional internal model control can leadto anti-windup control. Improved internal model provide anti-windup design with anew method, but will limit their use range because of a variety of shortcomings.Conditioning technique have been widely researched due to the superiority inanti-windup design. This method first ignores the system’s non-linearity, through theintroduction of a reference input to design anti-windup feedback controller. Theanti-windup controller design step is simplified, and this method has a certainanti-windup effect. Therefore, whether conditioning technique can be applied toimproved internal model to design anti-windup controller to overcome theshortcomings of the original improved internal model or not has a certainlysignificance.This article introduces the static internal model anti-windup structure,through theanalysis of static internal model anti-windup structure as a modified internal modelcontrol framework, this framework has a significant effect in the regulation ofsaturation,but with the introduction of the variable K value increases, the systemresponse speed will be gradually reduced,thereby limiting the use of the static internalmodel anti-windup structure.Due to the the static internal model anti-windup structurehave been identified, can through the feedback compensation anti-windup controlleris designed, weaken the saturated actuator of the system.The conditioning technologyunder the AWBT framework has a good anti-windup effect,the conditioning technique, state observer method etc feedback compensation method are applied tosaturated actuator PID control system, through numerical simulation prove thesuperiority of the conditioning technique. And then conditioning technique areapplied to the saturated control with general rational transfer function of the systemand has a mode switch control system, to analyze the characteristic of theconditioning technique in the design of the anti-windup controller. The conditioningtechnique is applied to the static internal model anti-windup structure to design theanti-windup controller, the controller design method is given,and numericalsimulation show that the respond speed of the new system not affected by the increaseof K,and the system has a certain resistance to saturation and anti-interference ability,using the Popov stability criterion saturated nonlinear processing, by calculatingmodel to determine the global asymptotic stability of the new system. |
