With the development of information communication technology and its popularization, the question of information security becomes more and more prominent. How to ensure normal operation of the national security and the national economy is very important to us. Stream cipher is a very important cryptographic system, which plays an important role in the information security field. It has become focus of information security research that how to design a new high performance encryption stream cipher algorithm with our own independent intellectual property rights, which has become focusAlthough the traditional classical algorithm plays an important role in the security aspects of the information security, with the development of cryptanalysis technology and the emergence of powerful computing capability computer, some of the traditional algorithm has been a great impact; designers have been forced to put their eyes on the new encryption algorithm. Chaotic neural network has good randomicity, periodicity, mixing, certainty and sensitivity to initial parameters and parallel computing, which is especially suitable for encryption.In this paper, we first learn the basic theoretical knowledge of cryptography and chaos, different encryption systems and several chaos neural network models, nonlinear dynamics of Hopfield model is the focus of learning. Summarizing parts of the traditional encryption system and the various algorithms of stream Project, we proposed two kinds of encryption algorithm based on OHNN sequence. One is the sequences encryption algorithm based on OHNN and Drive-table, the algorithm uses chaotic attractor produced by OHNN to nonlinear select output of the M-LFSR to complete stream encryption. Two is the sequences encryption algorithm based on OHNN and Drive-table, the algorithm uses chaotic attractor produced by OHNN to nonlinear select random number transformed by group functions to complete stream encryption. Finally we realized two algorithms of software simulation, in the Visual c++6.0platform, we completed the various tests of two algorithms, In the Matlab and RedHat9.0platform. Through tests and safety analyses show that these two algorithms have good security and encryption speed, provides a new choice for secret communication.
