Design And Implementation Of The Same City Economy Hotel Managemant System

With the arrival of the technological era, an increasing number of industries startto focus on the importance of the science technology. At the same time, hotelservices, as the center of the people’s basic necessaries, also begin to take theadvances of the technological knowledge to implement the modern management andthe applications on the customers marketing analysis. Beyond the common hotelmanagement system, depending on the requirements of the customers, this projectaims to build models to optimize and analyze the profits of the guest rooms, toachieve the maximization of the profits. At the same time, through data mining,analyze the customers’ information, figuring out the classifications of differentcustomers, in order to provide a new city economy hotel management system.This system is structured as Browser&Server with three-tier architecture, whichis data tier, business tier and presentation tier. It achieves the hotel register, usermanagement, guest room management, customer management, booking managementand some other basic functions.It also use the algorithm of the clustering andclassification of customer for different types of customer segmentation. Through ID3algorithm and K-means algorithm, this article achieves the goal of the classificationand the modeling of the VIP customer features, as well as locating the importantcustomers and finding out the potential customers. The first step, the system sort outthe customer sources of the city hotel, then use the clustering algorithm andclassification algorithm to process the chosen customer sources, in order to figureout the different types of the customers. According to the robust optimization theory,this article provides an optimization for the existed hotel profit model, so that therooms could be arranged reasonably, achieving the increase of the profit.This article analyzes the state of art for the algorithms and technologies whichuse in the domestic and foreign hotel management system.Then it states therequirements for the functions which should be implemented in the system. Next part,this article provides detailedly analysis and design for each functional module of thecity economy hotel management system additionally. It has paid more attention onthe analysis and the design for the room arrangement, the customers clustering, andcustomers’ classification of the city hotel. Finally, through system test, this projecthas reached the expected goals and has been proven useful in the practical scenario.
