The Hundred-Joule Laser Facility for UV damage mechanism of opticalelement research, in order to improve the carrying capacity, safety and reliability ofthe laser driver used in laser inertial confinement fusion technology. Centralizedcontrol system of this facility is used to realize the automatic operation of the wholefacility, including the centralized control of the control node, condition monitoring,and the automatic acquisition and automation collection and measurement of theoutput laser parameters.According to control demand and the characteristics of the device, thecentralized control system is decomposed into five major subsystem. Namely,Parameter control system, condition monitoring system, safety interlock system,data collection system and storage system. Parameter control system is responsiblefor for device output parameter setting. including charging voltage, frequencydoubling crystal posture, output mode. Condition monitoring system is responsiblefor equipment running status monitoring, include: water cycle system interfacehumidity, frequency doubling crystal temperature and humidity, charge anddischarge machine running status, stepper motor position as well as equipmentcommunication state. Safety interlock system is responsible for the monitoring andprocess of the abnormal state of device, is mainly composed of software, thesafeguard measures has early warning and emergency operation. Data acquisitionsystem is responsible for collection device output parameters, Mainly includes theoutput laser waveform, Facula, energy’s acquisition and data processing. Storagesystem is responsible for the storage device running status, user operationinformation, output parameters.The hardware topology scheme selects the primary control strategy. Accordingto the characteristics of the control node, communication protocol adopt TCP/IPprotocol and RS232protocol respectively. The Object-Oriented design method wasadopted in the software design of the control system, according to the characteristicsof each control object oriented, symbolizing the corresponding class, the parametersof control object oriented are characterized with the member variables of the class,related control functions are implemented with the form of the class’s memberfunctions. Using this design is convenient for system functional extension andsecondary development.On the basis of each subsystem design, This paper completed the overallintegrated design and implementation of centralized control system. Relevant testsshow that, this centralized control system can complete the accurate control of charging voltage amplifier, electric switching laser output mode, the accuratecontrol of frequency doubling crystal posture, device temperature and humiditymonitoring in real time, collection and analysis of laser output parameters,information storage and management, meet the demand of user requirements andindicators.
