Currently, most of our medical testing and nursing use the traditional way to realize patients’ vital signs (such as body temperature) with artificial monitoring, manual detection control and record. However, there are many problems in the traditional method, such as the heavy workload of the medical staff, the measurement error is large; direct contact with health care workers and patients easily made contact with infections; patient’s biological information can’t be shared in time. The hospital with the higher informatization will store the detection data using wired network, but the data through a wired network transmission persists wiring complexity, higher costs, and not flexible system expansion problem.Therefore, this paper proposes and design a vital signs detection system based on WSN (wireless sensor network) technology. In this article, the body temperature which is one of the most important vital signs is the main object of study. Use the wireless sensor network technology, wireless transmission technology, radio frequency identification technology and infrared technology to form a body temperature detection system; and achieve non-contact detection of patient’s body temperature information through wireless sensor nodes, then store the information data in the database in the way of wireless transmission, and ultimately share the patient’s temperature data information in a local area network and even the Internet network. The system is simple, easy to use and scalability, which not only can solve the existing problems of conventional detection methods, and also solve a problem by cable network WSN technology-based applications. The main contents are as follows.First, the article provides the overall design of the system, describes the composition of the entire system and its components related functions, elaborates a detailed business process and system design principles and objectives.Then, provides the detailed design of wireless sensor network nodes and receiving detector for the system. Introduces the basis of the master chip select, wireless transceiver modules select, radio frequency identification chip select, as well as infrared temperature sensor select; Detailed designs the receiver detector and wireless sensor network node whose core is SCM system, Including the introduction of various components analysis, related peripheral circuit design, microcontroller system driver software, and serial processing software design. A network application software is specially designed to achieve the release of the data Internet network platform.Finally, the anti-collision algorithm for wireless sensor networks is studied. The paper introduces the organizational structure of the wireless sensor network, and builds a many-to-one network transmission mode; Analysis is made on wireless network data transmission in the process of collision problems and use of classical pure Aloha algorithm to solve the problem of wireless sensor network collision feasibility, and on this basis, the improvement Aloha algorithm based energy remaining consider is proposed. Through simulation experiment, in the case of a certain number of nodes, it is proved that this anti-collision algorithm can reduce the proportion of dead nodes appear in anti-collision competition, and improve a transmission success rate.
