| Monitoring, decision-making and emergency of the oil spill disaster is the key in ocean management. And the all-weather radar-based oil spill monitoring has mature technology and high accuracy. With electronic chart, it can continuously monitor the high precision information of wind, wave and current covering waters, detect oil spill in time, and accurately observe the area of oil spill in real-time, track the direction and speed of the oil spill drift, guide emergency.This article looks at the radar spill data from the oil platform, automatically generates the spill monitoring report, and deepens informatization degree of the sea oil spill monitoring surrounding the oil platforms. The system in the paper realized the visualization management of the oil pollution data by dynamically monitoring, extracting, analyzing and figuring out the oil spill information for the radar scanned image. After the user conducted the visualization analysis of oil pollution, spill monitoring reports can be generated. |
