Along with the development of the network, computer and mobile terminal, digital publishing and digital reading emerge. Digital reading is the core part in the field of digital publishing, but now the research and development of digital publishing mainly concentrated in copyright protection, digital production and the format and the standards. User experience, interactivity and information retrieval and other related research have not been paid enough attention to, so they are still in its initial stage.According to the present research status in the field of digital publishing and the shortage of the products on the market, this paper focus on the research of the ebook interactive reading platform and try to put forward a feasible scheme in digital publishing field. Aims to improving the user experience and interactive experience and make the search more intelligent.This paper firstly introduces the SVG related technologies, ontology WordNet and text representation model. And then puts forward the combination of the semantic retrieval and digital reading and proposes the detailed design scheme of ebook interactive reading platform based on semantic (search). Finally the paper implements the system with the above plan that puts forwarded and it can achieve the desired goal after test, so it proved the feasibility of this scheme. This paper mainly has two parts: The first is the semantic processing of the text,improve traditional VSM model and the combination of semantic relevance search and ebook interactive reading.lt will make the retrieval more intelligence and platform function more perfectis; The second is how to use the combination of SVG and ebook to improve the user experience and interactive feeling.
