The remote sensing technology in various fields has achieved well social and economicbenefits while a new pattern of remote sensing are forming which contains low, medium andhigh spatial resolution remote sensing satellites, with the development of computingtechnology and sensor technology. However, due to the physical limitations of the sensor aswell as the complexity of the feature types, the characteristic value embodied by the singlepixel is often the consolidation of surface entities, which constitutes the mixed pixel. Mixedpixel not only increases the difficulty of accurate identification of remote sensing images, butalso become a major obstacle to application of computer technology and remote sensingimages processing. The most important character of hyper spectral remote sensing is the unity of the imageand the spectra. It can not only obtain the information of feature images, but also get thenearly continuous spectral curve of surface material through its narrow and continuousspectral channels, and ultimately achieve the purpose of accurate identification of the surfacematerial, by processing the image spatial and spectral space through using the computer andthe mathematical model. Polarization remote sensing is an significant branch of the remotesensing technology, which to some extent makes up for the lack of traditional remote sensing, but currently the application of polarized light is mainly concentrated in the surfaceexperiments, and the results of their research mainly supplement for space remote sensing andaerial remote sensing. Many factors affecting the feature of spectrum, the main effects of theatmosphere can be removed under the experimental conditions, but different detection angle, viewing angle and polarization angle will still have a greater impact on the feature spectrum. In the paper, a study on the Polarized hyperspectral mixed pixel of aquatic plants andwater was given by using a Orthogonal experimental design with four factors and two levels.Discuss the degree of affection with the Polarized reflectance of the detector angle, the band, the area ratio of lotus, the polarization angle and the interaction among the four factors on themixed-pixel of lotus leaf and water by doing analysis of variance on experimental data withSPSS. The results show that the band, the area ratio and the polarization angle, the effect ofthese three single factors are particularly significant. The polarization hyperspectral reflectionof the mixed pixels at the polarization angle90degrees is higher that at0degree when keepthe incident zenith angle unchanged; Keep the detection angle unchanged, with the proportionof lotus leaf increases, the polarization hyperspectral reflection curve is similar to thevegetation, and exist a possible critical value; However, the detector angle had no significanteffect under this experimental conditions; The interaction of four factors to polarizationmixed-pixel reflectance are not remarkable.
