In recent years, technique of visual measure which has been recognized and made quite great progress. A lot of new method, measure, theory, and equipment have been created. Technique of visual measure on coordinates has emerged. This technique enlarges spirit space in the field of measure.Shells in the transportation process will inevitably appear shaking and other issues. Since the whole process can only use non-contact measurement, and system volume is small, camera is used to realize the target. This article creates a visual measurement on coordinate by one monocular camera and probe, realizing the contact between the measured surface and the characteristic point. After analyzing the images of the characteristic points of the probe on the CCD panel to definite the spatial coordinates of contacted points between the objective probe and the measured surface. Then, on the Visual C++6.0development platform, combined with Opencv vision library, the function that can collect CCD image and locate spot center by using of the grayscale center method is realized. When the target moves, information about the target gesture can be instantly displayed by reading the image of date of imaging plane. Again through the digital image processing techniques, the target attitude can be analyzed. Experiments show that the error in the ideal range. |
