With the development of network and information technology, digital multimedia data canbe quickly and convenient transmission in the communication network, while brings theconvenient communication, also brings new challenge to information security. Informationhiding is an important field and research direction to solve the problem of information security.As the main branch of information hiding, steganography can hide the secret informationcommunication, so more and more governments, military, intelligence and research institutionspay attention on it. Focus on the security transmission of secret information on the network, thisdissertation delves the related theory and technology, algorithm and implementation of wet paperadaptive steganography of image. Work and research results are as follows:1. The principle, implementation and the related problems and countermeasures ofapplication of wet paper code are studied. According to the wet paper steganography, a imagescrambling with key is presented, based on the analysis of the problems of common scramblingalgorithm. The experimental analysis shows that the algorithm has good scrambling effect andlarger key space.2. To reduce the computational complexity, a fast embedding strategy is presented. With thepartial retention characteristic of Hilbert, an adaptive rule is designed. On this basis, a wet paperadaptive steganography based on fast embedding strategy is presented. The experimentalanalysis shows that the algorithm has lower computational complexity and better concealment.3. To improve the embedding efficiency of wet paper steganography, an efficient wet papercoding algorithm based on linear block code is proposed and its application is given in the wetpaper adaptive steganography, based on the analysis of the application of a linear block code inwet paper steganography. Using the generated matrix to create the coset rapidly, the algorithmconstructs the stego-code with the mapping relationship of correction and coset. Experimentalanalysis shows that the coding algorithm maintains the characteristics of wet paper code and hasa higher embedding efficiency.Finally, combining of the above research results, a wet paper adaptive steganographysystem is designed and its realization of the key modules, application and instructions are given.
