With the high speed development of aerospace technology, different departments acquired lots ofremote sensing data which is in different species, However, many of them are researching the fields whichbelong to them, the format of remote sensing data which is accumulated by departments and data storingmethods are different, even the independent development application systems are developed in differentplatforms and languages. the remote sensing resources cannot be shared by each department.Therefore, itis important to build a resource sharing and application integrated system in remote sensing fields.This thesis proposes that we build a SOA framework based, using Web Services to integrate sharing ofall departments’ remote sensing resources, and encapsulate all functions into a loose coupling andcoarseness services. Service provider will expose data operating service interface to user and user don’thave to know the implement details of service. This will solve the divergence of platforms and datastructures problem and implement the transparent operation on remote sensing resources which aredistributed in different departments by users. the main work are as follows.1. This thesis proceeds with the loose distribution of remote sensing resources in different departmentsand weak negotiability, put forwards a service SOA-based oriented remote sensing resource sharing modewhich is ‘using my tool, algorithm or application services to handle your data’, to full share Remotesensing data, excellent algorithms, processing tools and integrate various application services provided byvarious departments provide to other users. It implements remote sensing resource sharing in higher levels.2. As there are a large number of remote sensing resources and according to the characteristics ofremote sensing resources, this thesis proposes a metadata full-text searching mode which is based on XML and using open source search tools Lucene.Net to create a full-text index metadata XML-based library. Inthe process of sharing resources, it can quickly and accurately retrieve the data which is useful to users.3. Involved the realizing of SOA-based Remote Sensing resources integrated sharing and servicesystem. The prototype system has been deployed on the servers of IRSA and accessed to environmentalprotection, agriculture, Resources Satellite Center and other departments commissioning of remote sensingintegration and sharing of resources.
