The Steel quality in nowsdays is becoming more and more strictly inBoiler-Flame monitor in domestic.while this quality in domestic is far to our standardand the imperfect result in extracting the the Flame’s feature in boiler is one of themainly limiting factors.The technology of domestic characteristic extraction of theFlame is focused on the pre-detecting.Besides,it is easy to lead to inaccurate resultswith the style of the naked prediction,and24hours ongoing prediction is very difficultto ensure the data’s validity.The position and the shape of the boiler’s flame is notunchanged,which lead to the quantitative analysis of the flame characteristic ismeanlingless in online measurement.This paper has measured the flame’sentropy,which is very meaningful.This paper introduce the research backgroud.It is significant in analaysing of theboiler flame’s feature extration in boiler procedure.which include pudding andsteelmaking.Then.it has introduced the latest research status in flame’s analysis.Thispaper has extracted the flame image’s feature in aspects of dot,line,textureetc.,Wovarec operator is applied to mainly dot’s feature extraction.Then edge analysisis the mainly aspect of line extraction,which include First order differential operatorsuch as Roberts operator,Prewitt operator,Sobel operator etc,and Second orderdifferential operator such as Canny operator in online extration of corner.In end,thispaper analysed the texture characteristic from the gray-level coocuurrence Matrix andGabor’s Wallet analysis.Considering the impossiblity of the quantitativ analysis theunstructured target such as the flame image in practical application,but using oneoperator on entropy mesurement is of pratical significance. This paper presents theimportance of the entropy in the image processing techonlogy,and then made someexperiments analysis to the image entropy using the Harris operator and Cannyoperator in the extraction of edge’s conner.This paper have further analyzed theentropy of the flame image on the point of Wallet Transfrom. The innovation spot of this paper embodies the innovation of the rearch in thepoint of view of the information theory.of using the harris operator to analyze thecorner’s characteristic of the edge of Flame-image in boiler and using the Cannyoperator to extract the edge feature. Then this paper have effectively different of theinformation theory from the peroid before,during and after ovulation between hardimage and soft image.In end,this paper summarised the whole research methods,results,and thedeficiency.Then,discuss the thesis for the follow-up research.
