Especially touniversity, which faced with the feature of large quantity of microblog user,fast tospread, hard to manage and control, complex environment and other feature. Themicroblog public sentiment is also one of the problems which have to be considered.As the microblog data has the feature of mass, variety, high speed refresh andreal-time, it will has many bottlenecks if use traditional database management, sodoing research on mass microblog database management has strong realistic meaning,the database management on school microblog public sentiment is very important inmaintaining school’s stability and safety.The major effection of this article are as follow: Aim at nowadays distributedmeta data has low efficiency problem on query and store, ladle out the three-stagemeta data management strategy that based on Bloom Filter,which is local LRU query,local query and global query. Thus improve the all-sideness and efficiency of dataquery. Aim at microblog date has feature of mass data, complex kinds etc… discussthe mass data management based on NoSQL，and use it in SCool system databasedesign,According to the data feature of microblog public sentiment monitor system,use Memcached which is from NoSQL’s Key-Value type as the data cache in thisSCool system database designing, separate the read and write of date, improved thesystem efficiency. Design and realized SCool public sentiment monitor system. successfully get the dynamic data from Microblog public sentiment and the sensitivewords from Microblog,supply the reference and decision material to decision maker.
