The Effective Visual Communication Design Of News Websites’ Information

Nowadays, information and network technology has been penetrating into every cornersof our lives. People have realized that innovations of the network technology have madecyberspace being full of infinite possibilities and the information was conveyed to the utmost.Internet users not only accept information, but also make, spread and share information at thesame time.Such analysis mainly focuses on basic elements of visual design, the webpageinformation receiving pattern and so on. Moreover, this thesis also adopts researches of otherrelated fields. It discusses that how to improve the transmitting efficiency of news website’svisual design, based upon the amounts of analysis and discussion.In order to analyze the design of domestic and international websites, this thesis adoptsdifferent research methods, combining theories of inter-disciplines, such as visualcommunication, user-computer interaction, and cognitive psychology, and applies the eyemovement tracking theory to the design of website.This thesis mainly analyzes the issues concerning the developmental trend of websitemarketing running patterns, and proposes a conceptual scheme for management mode, whichis called the “Information Bank”. What’ s more, based on specific researches andinvestigations, this report also raises other effective schemes as follows:1.Apply the visual graphic design of information to the design of website design, andsummarize the merits and drawbacks of international visual graphic designs. Moreover,optimize design by combining the international experience with features of domestic users.As for the description of the custom design of reading information, there are two assertions.First, it means that on the basis of tracking target users’ reading features and habits, thewebsite designers should expand the design by broadening the population characteristics ofreading and their requirements, and express visualization in accordance with users’ readinghabits. Take the seniors for example, website designers should make web pages for muchmore effectively communication of visual information on the basis of analysis of such oldpopulation’s interests and physical condition. Second, users could custom the website andalso the related templates totally based on his or her own requirements in reading.2.Design web page visualization toolkit in accordance with the users’ specificrequirements. Make it easy for users to read and edit information. 3.The news website Visual Communication dynamic the extended design program.In the end, there is a design practice case of the “Sina News” website which is apractical application of the optimized design scheme proposed in this thesis.
