As it known to all, in order to adapt to the development trend of the global mobilecommunication–that is the mobile, broadband and IP, at the end of2004,3GPPorganization launched the long-term evolution projects of cellular mobilecommunication system, namely the LTE. Compared with the conventional cellularmobile communication system, the LTE network uses a number of novel techniques,such as orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access on the downlink.The core idea of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing access is based onOFDM, which can make a single-channel high-speed transmission signals divide intomulti-channel low-speed transmissions signals through serial-parallel conversion, andaccording to the subcarrier real-time fading conditions in each scheduling time,assigning the subcarrier to the appropriate user independently, so as to improve thetransmission quality of signal and frequency spectrum utilization of the system. Inaddition, the LTE network can effectively suppress intra-cell interference because of theorthogonality of subcarriers in the same OFDM system, but it is unable to solveinter-cell interference. For the LTE network, therefore, under the premise of suppressinter-cell interference, increase the system throughput capacity, and guarantee theservice quality of cell edge users and different services users, how to assign thesubcarrier to the appropriate user effectively is an urgent problem. At present, thecombination of frequency reuse structure and the related subcarrier allocation algorithmis considered an ideal way to resolve. Therefore, this article has done a detailed researchon this.At first, this article briefly review the course of development of cellular mobilecommunications network, focuses on the LTE network and its related technologies, andanalysis of the resource allocation unit and downlink multiple access technology. Then,introduces inter-cell interference suppression technology and network resourceallocation algorithm. And then, this article introduces a new type of frequency reusestructure and proposes a kind of multi-services LTE network optimization algorithmbased on the frequency reuse structure. In detail, this article introduces the theoretical principles and specific processes of the multi-services LTE network optimizationalgorithm, and uses the Matlab language to simulate to implementation, and thencompares with other frequency reuse structure with its related algorithms to verify notonly be able to suppress inter-interference effectively, and increase the total capacity ofthe whole cellular systems, but also to guarantee the quality of service of differentkinds of services users and cell edge users. Finally, in view of the disadvantage ofOFFR structure, this article introduces an improved frequency reuse structure, and putsforward an improved multi-services LTE network optimization algorithm based on thisfrequency reuse structure. It can not only improve the throughput capacity of thecellular systems, but also to guarantee the service quality of different kinds of servicesusers and cell edge users through simulation experiments, so it has a very goodperformance.
