Design And Implementation Of Special Vehicle License Plate Management System

In China, the use and management of special vehicles should not only have expressly provided, but also a system of responsibility and accountability, and to implement. The use of special vehicle license plate management system not only conforms to the principle of "regulate the use of strict management", can also strengthen the management of special vehicles, strict implementation of the rules and regulations, a clear flow of execution, to improve the level of information of the Armed Police Corps. Fire vehicles are a class of special vehicles, we choose fire vehicle license plate management system as an example to complete a special vehicle management system requirements analysis, system design and implementation.The background of the paper is the Armed Police Fire Force Special Vehicle license plate management. In the paper, we use object-oriented method to do system analysis, system design and implementation of the specialty vehicle license plate management system. In the system development process, I participated in the following work, system research, analysis of the role of the system, using the UML use case diagram describes the functional requirements of the system, and then complete the system requirements analysis. Complete the division of the system function modules and give system architecture diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram and interface design. System entity relationship analysis, draw E-R diagram and give database table structure. In the system requirements analysis stage, we give the role analysis of the system, system functional requirements, the system non-functional requirements, the system main role is divided into three categories, they are detachment user, the driver’s license users of corps, travel’s license users of corps, and we give each user needs description, in system functionality needs, we use the UML use cases diagram to give the use cases diagram and use case specification of each module of the system. In the system design and implementation phases, we mainly give the system design principles, the design of the system functional architecture, system functions design, system database design, system operating environment, we give the system functional architecture diagram. The main function of the system is divided into the basic information management, driver’s license management, driving license management, driving coach license management, learning internship driver’s license management, supervision license management, alarm lights license management, in system functional design part, we give UML class diagrams sequence diagrams and interface examples of each function, we give database design by entity relationship analysis, draw a system E-R diagram, and given database table structure design. Finally, we give the system operating environment, including server hardware and software configuration, client PC machine and its ancillary equipment configuration.
