The Customer Relationship Management, which takes advantage of information science technology to realize the automation of marketing, sales and service, is a management style used by enterprises to provide satisfactory and considerate service for customers more efficiently and raise customers’sense of satisfaction and loyalty.Recently, along with the updating of the computer network and the development of the communications technology, the business philosophy of customer service has become the new generation of business logo. Enterprises establish a development strategy which was based on the customers and expanded on this basis, including judgments, striving, selecting and keeping all the necessary of customers in business are available through the CRM system. So more and more companies have started to use the system of CRM, which can make customers become an important strategic resources.The companies applied the CRM to offer the whole service to customers, make the accomplishment of customers’information, keeping the original customers and dig the new customers, providing a plat which is used to communicate with each other so that customers could put forward their own needs and then the companies use their advice to raise their service. Thus, whether the customers or the enterprises are winners.The paper makes a detailed demand analysis of the CRM and presents a systematic structure. Adopting a unified modeling language, the system analyzes thoroughly the modeling and presents a sample illustration, activity diagram and sequence illustration of the corresponding functional module. The paper takes JSP as the front part, MySQL as the back data base and is based on B/S structure. It designs and realizes the Customer Relationship Management, mainly involving a entry module, used to check customer’s entry and stop illegal entry; a system management module, used to manage customers’ important information including passwords and authority; an inquiry module, used to find out customer’ s information; information management module, used to update and maintain customers information in time, providing timely; the return visit module, used to communicate with clients in time.
