The development of information technology and network technology is makingmore and more information to be manufactured, collected and transmitted. As a result,information explosion and information globalization come into being. However, theworldwide explosion of information and globalization of information not only bringabout convenience produced by the high sharing of information, but also bring about thechallenge how to preserve privacy. Because traditional data mining techniques pose athreat to security of data privacy information while processing data and thus discoveringknowledge. That is to say, the popularity of informatization and the preserving ofprivacy have become a contradiction that may exist for a long time, and thiscontradiction has become more and more serious along with the information systemnetworked How to take full advantage of the convenience brought about by the sharingof information to service for the people’s work and life, meanwhile ensure their privacysafety and related rights and interests, it has become a inevitable significant problem inthe field of information technology for the universe, especially now when human rightsare paid more and more attention. Because of this, the privacy preserving of data miningis as well paid more and more extensive attention by researchers.So far, there are many scholars have made a study and also achieved a certainamount of research achievements. However, most of this research is to assume that thetarget datasets are static, and in fact real datasets involved in real life are often not onlystatic, but also change in the form of a diverse rapidly and frequently, so a few privacypreserving methods designed for dynamic dataset cannot meet the practical needs welltoo because of lacking support of these two characteristics. Therefore, related researchhas yet to be perfected. The main objective of this paper is to build a privacy preservingmodel based on dynamic dataset and realize the dynamic dataset’s anonymousrepublication so as to protect the security of privacy information.This paper deeply analyzed the existing public-limited privacy preservingtechnology, combined with current typical privacy preserving models which are suitablefor static dataset and quasi-dynamic dataset, and made them improved and perfected tobuild an effective Full-sensitive-Anonymity model based on dynamic dataset. At thesame time, according to the anonymous model, this paper laid down the corresponding dynamic update regulations. On these grounds, this paper designed and realizedanonymous republication system based on dynamic dataset, and then verified that thedesigned method can significantly reduce the computational overhead and can ensurehigh integrity and authenticity of data by the experiments conducted through thissystem.
